When you submit a consultation request or contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your matter. We do not collect payment information through this site.
Information you submit is used solely to evaluate and respond to your consultation request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Communications related to active engagements are handled under separate confidentiality agreements as applicable.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our pages. Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as pages visited, time on site, and referral source. You may opt out via Google’s opt-out tool. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
If you tick the text message box on our contact form, we use your mobile number only to text you about your inquiry and scheduling. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. See our SMS Terms.
We retain inquiry information only as long as necessary to respond to your request. If an engagement is not initiated, your information is not retained beyond the initial review period. The one exception is a record of text message consent (your number, the consent wording, the date and time, your IP address and browser), which we keep for up to five years to show that you agreed.
